Actually, once we paused, recovered, and watched the rest of this trailer, things got more interesting. Edge of Tomorrow seems to be either Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless War, or the most violent reboot of Groundhog Day imaginable. Tom Cruise lives, then dies, then lives some more, fights a whole bunch, and Emily Blunt is there to…help? Anyway, we’re intrigued!
